2024 Regular Season Vendor Application

Please keep in mind that this market is all about shopping from the source - it's a hyper-local, producers-only market featuring local farmers, artisans, restaurants, breweries and nonprofits. All raw food items for sale must be produced within a 100-mile radius of New Buffalo. Please read all market rules and regulations prior to applying.

  • This is a juried market, and you will be notified if you've been accepted. If accepted, you will receive an invoice via the email address you provided. Booths will not be held until the invoice is paid. If you are not selected for the market, you will also receive an email.

  • Each week before the market, all attending vendors will receive an email with detailed event information. Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax. Vendors must also provide all supplies needed for set up including, but not limited to tables, chairs, etc. Vendors must keep their area clean and in good order at all times.

  • All supplies (chairs, tables, product, etc.) must be contained within the booth space purchased. If your set up exceeds the assigned space, you will be asked to adjust your booth space. Due to safety concerns, no exceptions will be made. All vendor property must remain fully intact until the event has officially ends. All vendor equipment must be dismantled and removed from the grounds at the conclusion of the event. Only one business per booth will be permitted.

  • On top of our general marketing for the event (newsletters, social media posts & boosted ads, print material, radio and/or tv interviews, etc), vendors will receive the following individual promotion included in their vendor fee. Vendors who share polished images and promote the market may receive additional promotion. It is a requirement of ALL vendors to help promote the event. 

    • Customized solo Instagram story feature shared FF stories for new vendors their first week attending

    • All attending vendors will be listed on social media each week

    • Seasonal vendors will receive the following additional promotion (info must be submitted by vendor)

      • Listed with image and business links on seasonal vendor page hosted on TC’s website

      • Solo feature with interview posted on FF social media channels

    NOTE - While we try to tag accounts on social media, there are times it will not allow us to tag businesses and it is not possible.
