Guests are encouraged to don their best western garb and enjoy live entertainment and auction, dancing and a seasonal dinner prepared by internationally-acclaimed Chefs Marcello Marino and Bruce Haumesser using locally-sourced ingredients from the harvest.
Proceeds will support La Ventana Culinary School’s nonprofit work to enhance lives and nourish communities through world-class culinary education and enrichment programs as well as Anam Cara Counseling’s mission to help people, families and the community heal from emotional wounds, cultivate resilience and promote mental wellness.
