Join The Play For Jake Foundation and Bolt for the Heart for the 5th Annual Play For Jake Family 5K & 10K Walk/Run on October 14. Your participation will help place Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) into first responder vehicles.

Law enforcement is almost always the first ones to arrive on the scene and when someone experiences sudden cardiac arrest these devices can save their lives. Emergency medical service units average 7 minutes from the time of a 911 call to arrival on the scene. For every minute that defibrillation is delayed the chance of survival decreases by 10%.
Simply put, AEDs save lives, and by joining us for this year’s 5K/10K, you will be a part of helping us save lives. It could be your life or the life of a loved one.
