MARIA OVERLAY ART
I’m excited to share my new series of watercolor and gouache paintings! Each piece tells its own story of beauty and creation, showcasing unique color palettes, contrasts, and harmonious elements.
I used a limited palette for each painting (about 6-7 colors), starting with a solid plan where the butterflies and flowers/leaves are drawn out, and then letting intuition guide the rest. I place each brush stroke where my mind guides my hand.
Each painting was created with watercolors and finished with detailed touches in gouache, making every piece unique on its own.
