Kelly has always had an artistic soul and an entrepreneurial spirit that loves to give back to her community. Her love of the arts includes being a volunteer for Chicago Street Theatre for almost 30 years, a non-profit community theatre that serves the Valparaiso area. Kelly is a Broker with McColly Real Estate which has allowed her to pursue her love of rehabbing and restoring old homes and is currently a mentor/coach to new agents in her office.

Kelly has spent her life caring for her family and friends and more recently felt the need to make some personal changes. She started by fulfilling one of her lifelong dreams of living near the lake and moved to a cottage near Sheridan Beach.

She improved her health by completing the Andy Frisella 75 hard challenge. Due to market shifts and covid restrictions she found herself needing a creative outlet. With all her finds along her daily walk on the beach, she started to create again... after sharing her creations as gifts for family and friends, she then realized she needed to share her creations and passion with others and that's how The Market on 12 was born.

Kelly runs The Market on 12 with her partner and fellow artist and realtor Jannean Jelinek.
