About Apryl
Apryl Niksch is a Purdue University graduate who spent the early days of her career as an advertising account executive, followed by over eleven years experience managing special events and fundraising for non-profits. Apryl started her first company, Harvest Circle Workshop, in 2013, where she developed all-natural innovative snacks like Harvest Superfood Balls, sold throughout the Midwest at Whole Foods Market, hospitality industry and cafes.
Building on that momentum, in 2019 she re-branded the company to Vintage Baked Modern, introducing a new specialty line of premium gluten-free products like baking mixes and baked goods and has expanded her wholesale business into food service and restaurants as well. Her commercial kitchen is located in downtown Valparaiso.
Apryl is a native and current resident of Valparaiso, Indiana, where she lives with her husband Garrett and they have 2 boys. Apryl serves as a volunteer of the community as a member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority and other professional organizations.
