CULTIVATED BY OUR SPONSORS, ROOTED IN COMMUNITY

Farmed & Forged is more than a market - it’s a movement to uplift local small businesses, families, and nonprofits by creating inclusive, welcoming spaces in La Porte and Michigan City. Thanks to the support of our generous sponsors, we’re not only making fresh, local food accessible to all — we’re growing a stronger, more connected community.

NONPROFIT BENEFICIARY

Each month, a local nonprofit is selected as the market beneficiary. Funds are raised through vendor sales and monetary donations.

Since our kicks off in 2023, we are proud to have raised over $10,000 for Michiana Humane Society, Paladin, Inc., Family Advocates, The Play for Jake Foundation, La Ventana Nonprofit Culinary School, Harbor Country Pride, Neighbor by Neighbor and our SNAP Community Match Fund.
